Tool Domains EOOD maintains a structured abuse handling process to ensure timely review and response to reported incidents involving domains under our management.
Upon receipt of an abuse report, an automated ticket is created and an acknowledgement of receipt is issued immediately to the reporting party.
Our abuse team reviews the report and provides an initial response within 6 hours. This initial response confirms that the report has been received and is under investigation.
Where sufficient supporting documentation is provided, we aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome, including any actions taken, within 24 hours.
If additional information or verification is required, we will provide status updates to all involved parties at least every 24 hours until the matter is resolved.
All parties involved in the report receive a secure tracking link via email, allowing them to monitor the progress of the investigation and any subsequent actions.
